At IHAYJA LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must include all original accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Items marked as Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
